Last evening I watched the film Step Brothers at the Parkway Speakeasy in Oakland.
An absurd comedy seems like it should be placed on a different scale than fine cinema. It gets an 80, just to make good films look better (Although it is probably an 85 in reality).
The film delves into the ideas of being “grown up” and success while bringing the funny. I laughed quite a bit, I will admit.
